Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

7 DAYS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY AGAINST DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.


At TANA BANA, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. Every piece undergoes a rigorous multi-step quality check before being dispatched. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

1. Returns & Exchange Eligibility
We offer returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

The product received is physically damaged or defective.

The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong design/color).

Please Note:

Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or exchange, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. This video must show the package being opened for the first time, starting from the sealed state.

Handmade Variations: Minor irregularities in weaving, color, or print are characteristic of handloom products and are not considered defects.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:

Sarees where the Fall & Pico have been completed.

Sarees with customized/stitched blouses.

Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

Products missing original tags or packaging.

Items purchased during "Clearance Sales" or "Flash Sales."

3. Reporting a Problem
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where applicable). After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection:

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to the original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card/Wallet) within 7–10 business days.

COD Orders: You will be asked to provide your bank details for a direct transfer. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.

Shipping Charges: Shipping and COD fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

6. Color Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive to display our sarees as accurately as possible, slight variations in color may occur due to digital photography and the screen settings of your device. We do not offer refunds based on minor color shade variations.
