Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing TANA BANA and ABHIASHU (brands under Suraj Bhan Sunil Kumar & Co). We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and ensure that every saree is packed with care and delivered securely.

1. Shipping Locations
Domestic: We ship to almost all pincodes across India through reliable courier partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees, Flat shipping charges 150/-
International: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that delivery timelines and charges vary based on the destination. TANA BANA saree with box weights aprrox 3-4kg, Presently we have flat 2500/- for international orders with delivery time of 10-15 days.

2. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000.
Orders below ₹2,000: A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.

3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
TANA BANA (Standard Sarees): Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time: * Metros: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Rest of India: 5–10 business days from dispatch.
International: 10–21 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your saree is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Link via SMS and Email. You can monitor the status of your package in real-time through our courier partner’s website.
5. Custom Duties & Taxes (International)
For international orders, any Customs Duties, Import Taxes, or VAT levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping fee and must be paid to the courier partner at the time of delivery.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
We use secure, tamper-proof packaging.
Important: If you receive a package that appears opened, damaged, or tampered with, do not accept the delivery.

7. Non-Availability on Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package remains undelivered due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse in Delhi. Re-shipping such orders will incur an additional shipping fee.
